4- Turn off the DHCP feature

What is a feature? DHCP is responsible for the IP address that goes out from the device to the devices that connect to the router. It is the gateway that is responsible for distributing the internet to devices for each device, its own number, for example, if your router's IPI is 192.168.1.1, so every device that connects to the router must have the same number with The difference of the last number only. The numbers will be from 2 to 254, meaning if you have two or three connected devices, you will find the IP with them, for example 192.168.1.254

All numbers are repeated, except for the last number, this is the number of the connected device. I mean, if you change the main IP of the router to an unexpected IP. Like 50.1.5.1 and turn this feature off. Anyone who connects to the network with the password will write to him, just getting an IP address. And it remains on that and for now, and the Internet has not been accessed when you write the IP address is handy. With this, the network will be safe from penetration.

But this method, like the second way, is less safe.

Why is the second and third feature less safe or better?

Because now there are some devices that can easily show any password to me, which network you called, just that the phone is connected, but on the network, the owner of the phone displays the password. He uses the network and the name and password appear and distributes them to his companions. But the best, best and strongest solution is in the fourth step, which, God willing, will spare you all these steps

4- Mac filter

Talk and there is nothing wrong with this feature. Say what you will about it. It is the most secure of all the methods we mentioned, and you can run your network without a password with this feature. You say what without password means open to everyone? This feature is sure to protect your network from hacking.

The Mac Filter de feature is responsible for two needs.

•  The first is that it only allows devices that you register on the router to use the internet. And any device other than these devices will not be connected to the net.

• The second is that it does not allow only devices that you have registered on the router to use the internet. And any device other than these devices used the net is very normal.

Thus, your network will be very secure without fatigue and no fear of anyone trying to penetrate the network or anyone who takes the password from you.

Important note

Enter the first devices before activating the feature if only the allow feature is turned on. At least, the device you are using must be inserted first before turning on the feature in order to be able to use the internet and control the router.
